Effective Standard Operating Procedures
Course Description
This four-hour course will focus on the elements of the SOP structure, regulatory expectations for having written procedures, and contents of each section within the procedure. Stress will be placed on writing for the appropriate audience to facilitate maximum comprehension and consistency in executing procedures. Participants will write an SOP procedure for instructor evaluation and understanding. An assessment is optional and can be delivered at the company request.
