This sixteen-hour lecture will give students, technicians, and professionals a basic overview of the principles and techniques behind the high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis of biopharmaceutical products. HPLC is a common and specific analytical method used to separate components in a solution, quantify them, and purify them.
