Terms of Contract
Terms
As a private contract provider, I require a signed contract at least one week prior to the scheduled teaching date. This allows adequate time for planning, coordination, and any necessary preparation (printing will be done by the client, not by Quality Training Solutions, LLC).
Contracts can be negotiated.
Please create and submit an agreement at your earliest convenience for my review and signature. If you’d like to discuss any of the terms or need adjustments, I’m happy to connect.

Please note the additional following terms associated with the booking:
- Contract & Date Confirmation: A signed contract is required to hold the teaching date. If the contract is not received at least one week in advance, the date may be released to other clients.
- Cancellation Terms: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session are subject to the full session fee, as preparation and scheduling commitments will already be in place.
- Payment Timeline: Payment is due within 30 days of the session unless otherwise specified in the contract. For new clients, a deposit or advance payment may be required as outlined in the agreement.
- Travel & Preparation Requirements: If travel is required, arrangements (or reimbursement terms) should be confirmed in the contract. Any site-specific preparation, access needs, or materials required for the session should be communicated in advance to ensure readiness.
