Having a basic understanding of the contaminants that can either positively or negatively impact products produced in a regulated environment, as well as the sources of these contaminants, can help participants effectively control their introduction into the product. This basic four-hour course helps with appreciating what these contaminants are, where they come from, how viable microorganisms grow, and the recognized contamination control principles that will protect the integrity of the product, and ultimately help the patients who use these products produced in the life science industry.
