Course description
This six-hour course will focus on understanding non-conformances (deviations) versus corrections, risk probability, root cause analysis tools, and corrective and preventative actions to conduct effective investigations. Participants will also understand the regulatory expectations for performing and documenting these investigations. They will also use these tools in a mock investigation exercise in small groups.
