Course description
This twelve-hour lecture will give students, technicians, and professionals a basic overview of the principles and techniques behind the lyophilization of biopharmaceutical products. Vaccines and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) are often frozen and dried to precise moisture content for stabilization and long-term storage. The course includes theoretical and practical experiences of the process.
